At Cockapoo Puppies Canada, we are committed to providing you with healthy, well-cared-for puppies. We understand that purchasing a puppy is a significant decision, and we strive to ensure a positive experience for both you and your new furry friend. Please review our refund policy below.

Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit ensures that you are serious about the purchase and allows us to hold the puppy for you.
Deposit Validity: The deposit is valid for a period of 1 year from the date it is placed. If you are unable to welcome a puppy within this time frame, the deposit will be forfeited.

Puppy Purchase

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery of the puppy. Once the final payment is made, the sale is considered complete.
Refunds After Purchase: Due to the nature of our business and the health considerations of our animals, we do not offer refunds after the puppy has been picked up or delivered, except in cases where the puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital condition within 72 hours of purchase. In such cases, a replacement puppy or a refund, at our discretion, may be offered.

Health Guarantee

Veterinary Examination: We strongly recommend that you take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them. If a life-threatening congenital defect is discovered during this examination, you must notify us immediately. A written statement from the veterinarian will be required for a refund or replacement to be considered.
Replacement: If a replacement puppy is offered, you may choose from an available puppy of similar value. If no such puppy is available, you will be placed on a waiting list for the next available litter.

Cancellation by Cockapoo Puppies Canada

Breeder's Right to Cancel: In rare cases, we may need to cancel a sale due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., the health of the puppy). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund of any payments made or the option to choose another available puppy.

Limitations

No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the puppy or if your circumstances change after the purchase.
Shipping Costs: If the puppy is shipped, the shipping costs are non-refundable.
